Exit InterviewExit Interview
All employees terminating their employment are required to give written notice of
their intention to resign to their department head. They are also expected to participate
in an exit interview conducted by the Human Resources Department. At that time, employees
will receive all pertinent information regarding their separation, complete all necessary
paperwork, clear all accounts in their name, and relinquish all keys and University
property in their possession. The exit interview will also give employees an opportunity
to express their feelings about their employment experience at Southern Polytechnic
State University.
