eCore classes are $189/credit hour. Most classes are 3 credit hours; Calculus I and classes with labs are 4 credit hours. This tuition is in addition to the SPSU fees, which are as follows.
If you’re taking only online classes, the additional fees are $480:
$75 – Technology
$300 – Special Institutional Fee*
$105 – Transportation/Facilities
If you are also taking on-campus classes, the following fees of $231 will be added:
$49 – Activity
$51 – Recreation
$108 – Athletic
$23 – Health
HOPE, as well as all other financial aid at SPSU, applies to the eCore classes.
*The Special Institutional Fee will be waived for active-duty military personnel and reduced by 50% for students taking one to four credit hours.
*Transients will pay the Special Institutional Fee at both institutions.
