There are two degree programs available through SPSU in the area of Construction Management, a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science. The are also several certificate programs available including an Online Certificate option.
BACHELOR of SCIENCE in CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management can follow one of four curricula, the "General" concentration, "Development" concentration, "Specialty"(MEP) concentration, and the "Facilities" concentration. As seen in the Curriculum Flowcharts page, the "General" concentration includes coursework focused on general construction and project management and the "Development" concentration focuses on the development process. MASTER of SCIENCE in CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Admission to the Master of Science with a major in Construction Management is open to persons holding the bachelor or higher degrees from an accredited college or university. Preference in admission will be given to applicants having professional experience in a construction work environment. The admission procedure is competitive in that students will be admitted only if academic accomplishments and work experience demonstrate that they can successfully complete the program.
