I will modify the requirements of final project.Arlan ToyIt appears scheduling is the weakest skill developed by our students.  Since sequencing is an essential part of scheduling, I will put more emphasis on the sequencing of residential construction in the CNST 3110 class when we look at pictures of work in process and when we look at details in the text.  Since we are identified as the only 'flexibile' schedule school in the Southeast, we should market ourselves as such to prospective students. (evening classes for working students, flexibility on course sequencing to adapt to student needs). Capstone lab needs improvement with dedicated and state of the art computing facilities (possibly sponsored by industry firms).David PierceContinue development of website for classes.  This aspect of all my courses has been very well received by students.3160: Continue improvement of class website with better pictures of construction equipment and materials.4510: Improve the major project with drawings that contain better details.  Possibly switch to P3 from Suretrak.  P3 is more powerful program and more of an industry standard.  Switch will depend on getting training and on computer resources available. Add segment on Earned Value reporting methods.4560: Prepare the course for on-line offering in Spring 05. Continue increasing leadership and teamwork components.  Part of this includes better content definition via PPT presentations on website.
