Chlorine Disinfection System

The video you see here is a 3D walkthrough and flyover of the proposed gas chlorine disinfection system for a theoretical wastewater treatment plant in Cobb County, GA. This water treatment plant is expected to treat 90.4 million gallons of water per day, with a 10 ppm (parts per million) chlorination rate. Several of the systems in this design are built in parallel to provide flexibility in case one of the systems must be shut down for maintenance or an emergency situation. The three main structures are; a warehouse to house seventy 1-ton chlorine tanks, a stepped cascade aerator for rapid mix, and a dual contact tank.
