This course provides an understanding of database analysis, design,
and implementation in the end-user computing environment. The focus is
on issues and principles of managing organizational data. Students will
get extensive experience in developing data models, creating databases,
and formulating and executing queries and reports.

Prerequisite: CS 1113 or equivalent programming experience.
This course provides practice in structured analysis and design of
business processes with emphasis on the development of business applications.
Methods of system documentation are examined through use of tools and techniques
for describing process flows, data flows, files, input/outputs and program
specifications.
