Graduating Student Survey

We are having technical problems with the Graduating Student Survey online form. 

Please submit your information through Career Link using the following steps:

  1. Login to your Career Link profile
  2. Click on the "I want to . . .Report a Hire" in the left margin
  3. Click on the "Other" tab and fill in the boxes as instructed.

Or

Complete the paper form(pdf copy)  and turn it in at the Career and Counseling Center office in the Student Center, Room 170, on the lower level.
