Completed application form with non-refundable application fee $20.00. If you prefer, you may submit your application form online at www.spsu.edu/home/prospective/graduates. Official transcript (two copies) mailed directly from every post-secondary institution attended. The admission index for acceptance into the program using the undergraduate GPA and the GMAT score is: GMAT + (200 * Undergraduate Degree GPA) = 900 Register for GMAT at www.mba.com or www.mba.com/mba/TaketheGMAT SPSU GMAT Code is QCH-SQ-80 (Full time) SPSU GMAT Code is QCH-SQ-86 (Part time) Three letters of recommendation. Request letters from persons who have worked with you or who have had you as a student, and who are able to comment on your accomplishments and potential for graduate education. International students are required to submit the following additional documents: TOEFL scores sent directly from the Education Testing Service, Confidential Financial Certificate, and High School Leaving Certificate (Educational Summary).
