TUTORING
Tutoring is available for students who wish to receive extra help with basic math and English courses. Tutors are available free of change and without an appointment. They are there for instruction; therefore, students should not expect tutors to do the work for them. Tutoring should be thought of as a learning opportunity, not as a quick fix. Students should give themselves ample time to review assignments with a tutor before its due date. The tutors' goals are to assist the students to understand their assignments and to enable them to complete their assignments.
SUBJECTS*
*Tutoring hours and subjects may vary. Check Tutor Schedules each term.*
Students who are interested in becoming an ATTIC tutor may print the ATTIC Tutor Application and return it to Mrs. Tara Y. Evans, Coordinator of Exchange Visitors and Tutoring Services in the ATTIC Room J253.
