After a career in the United States Air Force, Jon joined the staff at SPSU in the Learning Resources Center and taught  English composition, technical writing, and literature classes. Jon has a B.A in English from the University of Maryland, an M.A. in English from St.Mary's University and an M.A. in Technical and Professional Communication from SPSU.
