The Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) is pleased to announce the publication 

of the 2006-2007 Fulbright Scholar Program: Grants for U.S. Faculty and Professionals.  This 

marks the opening of the 2006-2007 Fulbright Scholar Competition. The application deadline is August 1, 2005.
