1. BS in Political Science
   Submit a proposal to the BoR to offer a BS in Political Science

   • Hire new faculty and support staff in all departments.
   • ETCMA: 3 new faculty
   • Math: 3 new faculty
   • BCP: 3 new faculty, 1 Biol lab technician

4. MS in Instructional Design
   Complete and submit degree proposals to BoR for MS degree in Instructional Design
   
   
5. STEM Education
   Establish programs in Math, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics Education
   
   
6. STEM Tutoring Center
   Establish a STEM tutoring center in the basement of Howell dorm.
