1. Transfer Articulation:
Hamrick informed the deans

the BOR, beginning summer. Hamrick will put out a working aid for faculty
advisors. The main purpose for the change is to accommodate the calculation
of a HOPE gpa.

Deans will send to Pfeiffer
their updated and prioritized list for end-of-year monies by end of day,
Thursday, May 2.
3. Website Maintenance:
Internet websites for courses
will continue to be maintained by the faculty, including summer term. The
policy is that the program and/or faculty continue maintenance of the internet
website as part of their teaching/service duties.
4. ETACT:
Ramsey will process ETACT
requests. Friday she will send deans guidelines and instructions on submitting
requests. The deans agreed on an equitable division of the funds, which
are matching lottery funds only to be spent on instruction-related needs.
Ramsey also noted that there will not be any instructional technology funds
for fall term.
5. Budget FY03:
Pfeiffer will be in Japan
May 7-22. In his absence, Fowler will be the lead person regarding Academic
Affairs budget issues--with the president having signature authority for
Academic Affairs in Pfeiffer's absence.
